Advantages with Wood's dehums in laundry rooms and basements

- Uses less power and is therefore cheap in use. Uses about 10% of the energy that a tumble dryer or a drying cabinet. 

- Wood's is the most energy efficient dehumidifier on the market, according to the latest test by the Swedish energy board. The Wood's pulls out more water per kWh than any other dehum ever tested. (A small dehum might use less power but it also removes very little water.

- High capacity. The laundry dries quickly! A load of laundry is dry within 2-8 hours (the time vary depending on model and room conditions). Some dehumidifiers removes more than 40 liters/24h.

- Very easy to install. Just plug in to a normal wall socket and start, that's it! 

- Large water bucket which doesn't need to be emptied often. It's possible to connect a hose for direct drainage to every model.

- The heat that the compressor generates is blown out to the room, and not out trough the wall like on tumble dryers etc. Also, the water in the air sits on a bit of energy. So, when you remove the water from the air, the energy is released as well. So for every liter you remove, 800W of heat is released in to the room. So basically, a energy efficient dehumidifier like Wood's works like a small heat pump, creating more heat than it consumes. 

- Makes the air drier and there for less costful to heat up. (You have to use more energy to heat a humid room than a dry one.)

- Clothes don't get worn out, like when using a tumble dryer.
